Herbal tea No.2
Ingredients:
  2 tablespoons of Mallow root, leaves and flowers
  2 tablespoons of Marshmallow root, leaves and flowers
  2 tablespoons of Mullein
  1 tablespoon of Wild Thyme
  1 tablespoon of Wild Strawberry
  3 dl of water
Preparation:
Mix the herbs together and place them in a screw top jar. Two tablespoons of mixture are enough for a one day treatment. Take a medium sized saucepan and heat the water until it boils. Take two tablespoons of mixture and steep in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then add 10-15 drops of lemon juice, and sweeten it with honey. Drink a few sips every hour during the day, or three cups a day, taking one small cup before meal.

Herbal teas for dry cough
Dry cough can be very difficult to handle, since the reasons why the person develops this condition can vary a great deal. Dry cough can be a symptom of asthma, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), different allergies, chronic sinusitis and the list goes on. The following herbal teas are excellent agents in treatment of dry cough. The combination of  anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antiseptic and demulcent properties these herbs have can be very helpful during the healing process.

Ingredients:
  6 tablespoons of Sunflower seed
  3 tablespoons of Sunflower leaves
  3 tablespoons of Coltsfoot leaves
  1 tablespoon of Lungwort
  3 dl of water
Preparation:
Take the herbs, mix them together and store in a screw toped jar. Take a medium sized saucepan, and heat the water until it boils. Add 2 tablespoons of prepared mixture, and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink a few sips every hour during the day. Or you can take one small cup before meal, three cups a day.
