Sedative and antidepressant herbal tea
This is a soothing and sedating tea, and can be used in cases of psychological tensions.
· 2 ½ tablespoon of fresh Lavender petals
· ¾ cup of fresh Mint leaves
· 8 cups of water
Bring the water to a boiling point, remove from heat and add the herbs. Cover the saucepan and let it sit and steep for about 5 minutes. Add some honey, stir it up, and let it cool for just a bit. Strain the tea and drink it. You can use it warm or chilled, as you prefer.
