Remedy for nervous tension
This is another helpful herbal remedy that can help you cope with mental tensions.
· 25 grams (0.88 oz)of Hawthorn
· 25 grams (0.88 oz) of Hops
· 25 grams (0.88 oz)of Valerian
· 25 grams (0.88 oz) of Lemon Balm
· 0.3 l of water
Mix the herbs together, and place them in a screw-toped jar. Take 2 tablespoons of mixture, and store the rest for the later use. Pour water in a small saucepan, and bring it to a boiling point. Now take the herbs and steep twoo tablespoons with boiling water for 2 hours. Strain the tea, and drink it after meal.
