· Two tablespoons of Rosemary
· Orange peel (one orange)
· ˝ liter of water
Heat the water until it boils. Thoroughly wash one orange, and peel it. Pour the water over two tablespoons of Rosemary and orange peel. Infuse it for 15 minutes, and then strain. Drink the beverage 2 to 3 times a day, after the meal.
