With some help from this herbal tea, you can free yourself from both mental and physical strain, fighting stress in a natural, healthy way.
Ingredients:
ยท 1 teaspoon of Basil
ยท 1 teaspoon of Wild Thyme
ยท 1 teaspoon of Rosemary
ยท 1 teaspoon of Lemon Balm
ยท 0.5l of water
Preparation:
Mix the herbs together. Heat the water until it boils, and then add the herbs. Remove from heat, cover it and steep the tea for 1o minutes. Strain the tea. Drink two cups of hot tea before meals.
